Questions and Answers

When you Book?  Your session will be tailored to meet your family’s needs and schedules taking into consideration naps and mealtimes if applicable.   SAP Photography is happy to consult with families beforehand to discuss potential locations of shoot and clothing choices. The ultimate goal is to ensure an optimal outcome and an enjoyable experience by all. 

How much time should we set aside?  SAP Photography takes the time needed to ensure relaxed and natural images of you and your family. Please leave approximately 1 1/2 hours of time for your session (including set up.) More time may be required if you have a large number of people and/or a number of combinations in mind. An additional charge for time is required for sessions that you request last over 1.5 hours at a rate of $25.00 per half hour.

When will we get our pictures?  SAP Photography will provide you with your pictures from your family or pet shoot within 2 weeks from the date of the shoot.  The images you receive on disk will be cropped and adjusted as needed to capture the true feel of the image. Some shots will be done in Black and White and other artistic adjustments will be made as requested by you.  Your family/pet photographs will also be made available to you via our website  for 12 months.  You can share the link with your family and friends so they too can see the shots.

For a wedding the return time to get your shots takes a little longer so we send you 10 Wedding shots via email  within 10 days of the wedding and all the shots within 1 month of the wedding.   Your wedding photographs will also be made available to you via our website  for 12 months.  You can share the link with your family and friends so they too can see the shots.

Coffee Table Photo Albums, calendars, cards, DVD's and magnets will be provided  by an agreed upon date by both parties at time of order.

How far will you travel?  SAP Photography will travel within 40 km radius from Guelph free of charge.  Following that there will simply be a mileage fee of .40 per km to help cover the gas prices.

Fundraiser? SAP Photography would love to help you raise money for your local non-profit organization.  We could be an addition to your Gala or golf tournament and guests could purchase their pictures from us with a portion of the sales going to your cause.  The same can be done in schools or for local sporting associations.  Have an idea - don't hesitate to call or email and we can work something out.

Has SAP Photography been in any local media?  Yes SAP Photography has been fortunate to have had articles in local publications.  SAP Photography has been featured in Sideroads and the Observer and the Elmira Independent.

Gift Certificates?  Do you have a person in your life that you are unsure what to get them for their Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary or any other special occasion?  Why not give them the gift of photography.  We offer a variety of denominations for gift certificates that come in a variety of fun presentations.
